We have had some reports of script error notifications when running PlanUp - this is caused by the use of Nod32 / ESET / Endpoint antivrus packages.

The error messages will look similar this:

We are currently working on a fix for these problems but in the meantime there is a work around that will allow PlanUp to work correctly.

1) Open the antivirus control panel (examples shown here are for Nod32)

2) Click on the Setup tab and then select Enter advanced setup...

2) In the windows that opens select Web and email, and under Protocol filtering select Excluded applications

3) Tick the box next to the PlanUp option

4) PlanUp should be available in the list but if not click on Add... and navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\PlanUp and select PlanUp.exe

5) No tap on OK to complete the process
Kind regards,

This seems to have been introduced in the last month or so ago - but recent testing seems to have the issue resolved. However if you do get the issue, the above support should resolve the issue.
